We're delighted to share that Benoit Boudier has joined DFNS as our new VP Business Development, EMEA, based between Paris and Porto.

## A career that reads like our stack

Some careers read like a tour of an industry. Benoit's reads like a tour of our platform. He entered digital assets at CYBAVO, a wallet infrastructure provider, where he built the European go-to-market from scratch and scaled it through to the company's acquisition by Circle. He then spent nearly two years at Circle itself, leading institutional business development across European markets and working directly with financial institutions to integrate stablecoin infrastructure into their operations. He advised Stablemint, the CoinShares-backed, MFSA-regulated EMI issuing MiCA-compliant stablecoins, on partnerships.

And most recently he was at Boerse Stuttgart Digital, Europe's reference institutional crypto infrastructure provider, as Partnerships Director Europe and then EMEA Lead, where he drove the group's market entry into France and built partnerships with asset managers, banks, and financial institutions. Underneath it all sits a foundation in traditional finance, with years at Bloomberg in London.

Wallet infrastructure. Stablecoin issuance. Regulated, exchange-grade institutional infrastructure. Benoit has sold each layer separately, to the most demanding buyers in Europe. At DFNS, they're one platform.

## A conviction we share

What makes him a particularly strong fit goes beyond the résumé, it's the conviction. Benoit describes his approach to digital assets as resolutely institutional: focused on the infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, and practical use cases that let traditional financial institutions integrate crypto safely and in compliance. He has spent years demystifying digital assets for institutional audiences. And he is committed to something we hold close: the case for European sovereignty in the infrastructure underpinning this asset class. For a company headquartered in Paris, built for MiCA and DORA from the ground up, and running beneath a growing lineage of European regulated institutions, that isn't a talking point. It's the thesis.

In his role, Benoit will own business development across EMEA, working with banks, asset managers, fintechs, and payment companies from London to Dubai. He arrives with momentum already on the table. EMEA is DFNS' home region, and where the next wave of MiCA-authorized institutions is choosing its infrastructure right now.
