Welcoming two new members to Dfns’ engineering team: Harrison Tross and Thibaud Genty.
We’re excited to welcome two new teammates at Dfns: Harrison Tross as Principal Software Engineer and Thibaud Genty as Senior Rust Engineer. Their deep experience in infrastructure, cryptography, and systems security will help us continue building the most secure and scalable wallet infrastructure for banks, fintechs, and enterprises.
Harrison Tross
Harrison joins us with over a decade of engineering experience from top tech companies like Amazon, Square, HubSpot, and CareHarmony. He’s built everything from large-scale data systems and cloud-native platforms to real-time infrastructure and microservices.
At Dfns, Harrison will focus on scaling our backend systems and strengthening our infrastructure with new object model improvements, compliance tool integrations and transaction lifecycle management features. His background in data privacy and compliance (including PCI) makes him a perfect fit for building the trusted infrastructure that powers wallets for financial institutions.
Thibaud Genty
Thibaud brings more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and low-level systems development. Before joining Dfns, he led backend engineering at Cosmian, where he worked on secure microservices and cryptographic APIs in Rust. Earlier, he spent nearly a decade at the French Ministry for Armed Forces, developing mission-critical software and managing a forensic R&D team.
At Dfns, Thibaud will help advance our key management infrastructure with HSM integrations (IBM, Thales, Yubico, Securosys, etc.), build out our new Data Integrity Framework, improve our cryptographic Rust libraries, and secure our transaction flows.
We’re growing fast
As we expand our engineering team and deepen our work with regulated institutions, we’re always looking for top talent. We’re currently hiring for 7 roles. Check them out here: welcometothejungle.com/en/companies/dfns/jobs
